By opting in to receive SMS messages from POMPAS, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational SMS/MMS messages from POMPAS. These messages may include updates about fitness classes, events, and promotional offers related to our stair-climber & strength fitness studio.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on promotions and updates. You may receive periodic messages related to upcoming classes, special events, exclusive offers, and studio news.

3. Opt-Out

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS communications from POMPAS unless you opt in again.

Carriers (e.g., T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. We do not sell or share your phone number or personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

8. Changes to Terms

POMPAS reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued opt-in to receive messages after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
